I am a recent Graduate in a  Bachelor of Management (Marketing) Degree at the University of South Australia looking for Full-Time employment within the Sale & Marketing Industry. I am a hard-working, self-motivated, organised person with great problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both alone and in a team environment. I also have a solid understanding of key computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, Apple’s iWork programs and various Social Media Networks. At Apple, I am a Full Time Specialist at the Apple Store Rundle Place, SA. In this position, I am responsible for interacting with potential and current Apple owners and finding the complete solution for each, no matter how big or small.

Currently I am involved in an Expert Career Experience within the store. The primary responsibility of an Expert is to sell Apple Products. Using exceptional interpersonal and customer-experience skills, Experts create a world-class customer experience and build customer loyalty. They are a strong team player and is a first-tier performer who achieves top results in the market by passionately engaging customers and showcasing Apple Technology.

I am also the Youth Programs Champion for the store. In this role, I am responsible for planning and facilitating store Field Trips and Camps as part of our initiatives to build community within our area. This role involves the planning and facilitating of these programs, as well as liaising with local schools and store leadership to organise and execute amazing experiences for younger owners within our community.

In-Store Guest Trainer

The In-Store Guest Trainer (ISGT) is responsible for organising and facilitating all store wide training over a six month period. The ISGT organises schedules for new employees, facilitates both market core training for all new employees in the state and Core-to-Store training before employees hit the floor. Other duties include attending market training conference calls, liaising with leadership, connecting with all store employees to communicate and support store focuses and attending hiring events for potential new employees.

In my final year of my University of South Australia Marketing Degree, I was partnered with the Australian Irrigation & Hydraulics Technology Facility (AIHTF). For the semester, I was placed within the business with a fellow marketing student and devised a Marketing Plan to solve a marketing problem which the company was facing. This experience allowed me to put all of my marketing knowledge into practice using a real-world issue the AIHTF was facing in their business.

Sales & Marketing Co-Operative Student: Assistant Sales District Manager - SA District 1

The Co-operative Student Program offered hands-on experience contributing to real projects, skills development, the chance to network across GM Holden's national team and the opportunity to work with top professionals in their respective fields.

As a Co-Op Student, I was appointed the role of Assistant District Sales Manager SA/NT for a 14 Month period. In the SA Zone Office, I worked within the Sales Team to achieve Holden KPI Objectives. My role also involved creating Weekly & Monthly Communications to the SA & WA Holden Dealer Network and assisting with Holden Sales and Dealer Enquiries on a daily basis. I was also responsible for a number of projects such as creating POS Material for Holden’s $550 Netball Cashback Program, as well as creating material to aid dealerships with using Social Media within their dealerships, which is now being used nationally as well as in New Zealand.
