  • Designing and proposing network solutions including LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security, Data Center, Voice and passive infrastructure.
  • Acquire detailed knowledge of the product line assigned and thirdparty integration in order to design solutions for customers’ business problems.
  • Conduct Presales operations for business development of the assigned portfolios.
  • Prepare technical proposals for RFI/RFQ/RFP and help Key Account managers in bidding.
  • Developing project proposals/road maps, logical and physical layouts, project plan, and scope of work, quotations and SLAs.

  • Prepare high level network design(HLD) for enterprise and carrier grade wireless and data center network deployments.
  • Build simulated test labs to resolve highly complex problems and compatibility issues.
  • Generate standard project documentation including detailed user assessment test(UAT) plans.
  • Help deployment team to create low level designs(LLD) and troubleshoot & resolve network problems across a broad range of technologies.
  • Develop and implement frequent technical training sessions for deployment team both locally and regionally.
  • Provide knowledge transfer through workshops, annual conventions, conferences and project mentoring.

  • Review and validate engineering requirements against product capabilities. Identify issues and options to resolve.
  • Ensure hardware, software and firmware versions are identified for solution.
  • Radio path survey, LOS (Line of sight) verification for PDH & SDH backbone.

    interference analysis (Pathloss).
  • Commissioning of SDH microwave links (Alcatel-Lucent 9600 LSY and USY UHRN / NEC 3000S,  Pasolink +, Neo).
  • Study, Design and Commissioning of optical Fiber networks .
  • Configuration and commissioning of optical and electrical multiplexers (Alcatel-
    Lucent 1642EMC, 1650SMC, R4.4 & R5.2 1660SM).
  • Ensure pre-existing limitations and defects are identified and taken into account in ensuring that the solution can be engineered to meet requirements.
  • Performing operational activities with regards to the  WDM/SDH network and  ensure the network stability and availability and follow daily tasks of  operations.
  • Supports solution Network Consultant in development of solutions and customer design reviews.
  • Identify Technical skill gaps of other organizations involved in the project and perform workshops or on-the-job training (OJT) if required.
  • Reviews and approves methods of procedures prior to implementation.
