Appointed to lead the #1 strategic priority for the company's "Buy Anywhere, Fulfill from Anywhere" mission from its inception.  Assembled a diverse cross-functional team to build and develop multichannel capabilities in US and global markets.  Responsible for double digit sales growth of the dotcom business in first 2 years, and establishment of Digital Customer Experience and New Initiatives teams.  Directly responsible for up to 50% of dotcom fulfillment and corresponding P&L's.

Piloted new position with TRU counterpart overseeing highest volume Northeast region in the company at $1.6B.  Oversight for opening and closing Region's 100+ 'pop-up' stores and operations in the 170 full sized stores.  Received 'Region of the Year' award for outstanding performance.  Selected by CFO and CEO for $200M Margin Improvement Project.
