About me

A proven construction professional with a uniquely qualifying history, level of experience and track record of computer proficiency and creative thinking.

Although most of my experience is in detailing commercial and residential shell work and interiors, I was trained to estimate in all phases of construction and renovations in large self-performing companies, as many facets of our current market require. I am uniquely qualified to perform detailed take-offs based on exact materials and labor productions as well as prepare and review detailed sub-bid packages with complete understanding of the scopes and values involved. I am as equally adept at working in an established software environment as creating all my own tools for detailed estimating and management.

My career experience, divided between 10 years in the field and 10 years developing, estimating and managing projects has created a strong skill set of problem solving, brand development and effective communications at all levels of the industry from field personal to suppliers, engineers, owners and architects.

A highly creative, goal orientated and energetic individual capable of self-starting and managing all facets of the construction process from design development to closeout to working in team environment where the ability to focus and specialize, create a greater whole. I have proven myself to be a highly valuable member of every team I have worked with and greatly desire to continue this method of success.
