Design kitchen/bathroom/interior projects to residential client specifications.  These types of projects require close attention to detail as well as open communication with the client.  Scheduling of contractors and subcontractors to ensure residential projects are completed on a timely basis.  Develop plot plan drawings for general contractors to obtain building permits.  This project requires understanding of building codes and ordinances.  Create as-built drawings for general contractors.  This project requires close attention to detail as well as drawing interpretation.

Escort customers to their table.  Talk about the menu to customers and answer all questions about menu items.  Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take appropriate action to correct any complaints or requests.  Work with restaurant staff.
