  • Providing support on company's essential financial applications and ERP.
  • Providing support, maintenance and error handling for Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • Developing customised business reports for BU through SSRS integration.
  • Providing customised Business Statistics/Intelligence Reports to BU through complex PL/SQL queries.
  • Creation, deployment, and management of RPD’s with different functionalities.
  •  Provide business intelligence services using MS BI (SSAS) and support the same.
  • Build SSIS Packages and Cubes as per the request.
  • Expertise in creating procedure, function, cursor, trigger and packages.
  • Assisting the Business Unit to complete the UAT testing and providing support to the client and end users.
  • Application Health check on daily basis before business hour.
  • Receive and resolve application issues from users.
  • Responsible for monitoring and root cause analysis of various Errors & Failures in Application(online & backend).
  • Interacting with client and development team.
  • Monitoring ticket queues, including tickets generated from alarms (automated) and solving them depending on the priority of the ticket.
  • Perform day-to-day operations, administration and maintenance activities in support of the application.
  • Managing Releases and make changes in production environment.
  • Give the status reports of the tickets (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) to my reporting manager as well as to the director.
  • Completing the assigned work as per the SLA and close tasks from ticket list assigned to me.
  • Taking initiative to bring about new process improvements that will reduce the work load and better management.
