Temporary Database Technician / Data Entry Supervisor

In this position I was hired as a temporary full-time contractor to oversee the scanning of US Forest Service documents into digital format by student personnel. I was responsible for supervising the quality of work, troubleshooting technical problems, and updating the database with new entries. Volunteer Computer Technician / Trainer / Clerical Assistant

Happy Camp Community Computer Center

My responsibilities in this position were to assist the general public, perform basic computer repairs, act as assistant instructor during classes and trainings, help file, organize and input paperwork data to the database, and keep the organization clean and orderly. This position required the ability to serve and work with people of varying age groups and skill levels and deal with stressful situations. Supervisor Information: Emma Lee Johnson, Student Services Coordinator.
