This consists of approximately 1500 users in 13 different facilities over a five state area. I was also responsible for the management of the technical support and engineering teams employed by the Service Company for bank conversions and de-conversions. Responsibilities wee to develop, implement and support a remote sales force network of communications and data distribution/collection to more than 100 nationwide sales persons. In addition to the continuing administration and support of the Xcellenet RemoteWare network, I was given charge of an intern staff to provide support for the Memphis based computer users in the use of PC productivity tools and computer operations; to establish and maintain corporate computing standards; vendor negotiations and relations; project management; and to implement various email and group scheduling systems and ultimately tie them all together.
