Hilton St.George's Park
- Mainly working on the bar, but also provide assistance to the resteraunt and conference & events when needed.
- Part of a large team, often up to 15 team members, in the resteraunt and bar.
- Empowered to make decisions regarding customer complaints, to improve customer loyalty.
- Required to make sure the bar is properly stocked on day shifts.
- Used to dealing with high profile teams such, as the England Football team, Barcelona and various others clubs.
- Often had to deal with a busy bar and restaurant, along with room service, coming under pressure from customers.
