Address technical issues faced by various customers troubleshoot the CPE/Line related issues online and follow the functional escalation of issues to other concerned sections.
Analyzing & troubleshooting connectivity problems to the Internet through DSL, ISDN, Dialup,IWAN,3.5 G ROUTER and Cable modems.
Maintain a log of customer calls and queries to follow up on unresolved issues, analyze and resolve problems according to priorities and time frames laid out.
Supporting MS Windows and wireless users in configuring their systems for Internet Connectivity.
Explain the packages of Internet services like SHAMIL(DSL,CABLEMODEM,IWAN),3.5 G ROUTER,,DIALIP,BUSINESSONE(WEBHOSTING,DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION)etc.
3 Years working experience in Business Plus TV as;
Responsible for providing full support and trouble shooting of Networks, Including Server and Clients Machines.
