My name is Tyler J. Santiago. I am a hardworking, goal oriented, people friendly person who is passionate about working and becoming a valuable asset to any company when the opportunity is presented. I have over 5 years of Warehouse/Logistics experience and Customer Service experience, as well as 3 years of Retail and Sales experience. I am interested in expanding my skills within each area, while learning and mastering new skills sets along the way. I pride myself on being approachable, modest, honest, and reliable. My duties at Chevy's are too greet and WOW each customer as they come in and as they leave the restaurant, sit each guest, and provide them with menu and specials knowledge. I also assist in busing tables, answering phones, serving drinks and food, etc.

At Old Navy, I was an early morning Logistics associate. Everyday we would unload the shipment trucks, hang the clothing on roller racks, separated by style, color, and season. Once that was finished, we would stock and hang the merchandise in its proper location, while altering and changing displays and sales items. I was also required to stock and organize the backroom, label and tag clothing, and provide customer assistance throughout the day.

At Target, I worked as a Seasonal Retail Associate. My job was to simply greet our store guest and assist them with whatever they need. I was also required to sell and promote specific items or sales items to our customers daily. During slow days or extra time, I would assist in the logistics department, unloading shipments, stocking and replenishing items on the shelves and displays, and keeping our work space clean and safe for coworkers and guests.

At 191 Unlimited I was required to assist in running our warehouse location's office and warehouse space. Everyday I was providing customer service via phone and email, working with UPS and USPS by creating shipping labels and scheduling pickups for outgoing orders, unloading and loading shipment trucks, and folding, tagging, bagging, and packaging clothing. I was also responsible for opening and closing the warehouse daily with the head office manager.
