Sports, Public Relations, Marketing, Food/Beverage

As a recent college graduate, I plan to leverage my writing and public relations skills to obtain the first professional position that will serve as the springboard for my career.  I have been privileged to attend the school of communications at Syracuse University and have participated in some of the most competitive internship programs in the country.  These have allowed me to translate my academic learnings into real-world application and prepared me to enter the professional ranks.

During an upper level public relations course, I served as the campaign planner for a true client -- the Corporate Angel Network.  In this capacity, I was responsible for leading a team in the creation of a complete public relations plan aimed at increasing the company’s visibility among its “client” community.  The role of the Corporate Angel Network is to link cancer patients to out-of-town treatment centers via private corporate aircraft.  This project is one illustration of the breadth of my public relations experience.
