CIPL is in the business of providing quality software solutions for on site consultancy services, software projects and high-end software training with a strong network of three Regional offices in India and an Off-shore Software Development center in Ahmedabad. CIPL has substantially large no. of consultants working on client-managed projects in USA.Responsibilities (As BOA Manager):• Designed Induction programs for new hires.• Planned, implemented and directed programs and processes in performance management, recruiting, employee development, employee retention, resource management and training.• Responsible to build 'high-performance’ team of recruitment specialists and manage overall delivery of the team.• Responsible for employee grievance handling, counselling and issue resolution.• Provided necessary statistics to Senior Management in India & USResponsibilities (As a Recruiter):• Managing a full life cycle recruiting process from requisition initiation including sourcing, pre-screening, requirement match, assess candidate technical abilities, qualifications, professionalism, personality match, and communication skills.• Conduct reference check, salary/rate negotiations and closing the candidate as well as management of candidates until acceptance of offer and final placement.• Receiving multiple requirements from Account Managers in US and responsible to work and provide good matching candidates based on client requirements.• Involved in coordinating with sub-contracting companies for prospective candidates.• Screening of profile, taking preliminary phone interviews and perform reference checks of the candidates.• Finding appropriate candidates from various registered job sites like, www.monster.com, www.dice.com, www.computerJobs.com.• Extensively working on VMS to receive requirements and submitting candidates to the assign requirement.
