Designed, coded and implemented a web-based financial policy statement mid-tier server database. It accessed and updated Oracle databases in real-time using Domino Enterprise Connection Services (DECS). This application replaced a proprietary manual batch process Microsoft Access database with automated workflow and email notification process.

Enhanced and supported the main IAE global communication/workflow client application. Performed all administration tasks including email, ID creation and certification, server replication and support in the USA and the UK. Handled desktop support issues across the global IAE enterprise.

Designed, coded and implemented a Competitive Intelligence web-site supporting the Large Commercial Engines Division. This was a clearinghouse of logistical information, published data and implicit information pertaining to the design, manufacture and marketing of jet engines for the commercial market.

Designed, coded and implemented a trouble reporting database for the Joint Strike Fighter Engine program for the Military Engines division. This database was utilized by the jet engine engineers to monitor and report engine testing results.

Designed, coded and implemented a Lotus Notes application utilizing dial-up and remote-server capabilities to facilitate FarmerMac loan origination from independent banking institutions.

Designed coded and implemented a PowerBuilder reporting application for a management information system accessing MS SQL Server databases.

The Travelers - Asset and Pension Services

Designed and implemented the a 401K participant information system using Objectvision for Windows with a Paradox database.

Designed and implemented a bank wire transfer system using Easel.

The Travelers - Computer Sciences/Corporate Support

Designed and implemented the first Executive Information System (EIS) at Travelers for the CEO using Easel for the GUI design and 3270 interface. I also designed an EIS for the Managed Care Corporate Support division.I also wrote the data update process for System in MVS Assembler accessing VSAM files.

Primary MVS reporting function was to extract and maintain SMF and RMF

data recorded on SAS databases.
