BUSINESS PROCESS AND TRANSITION ANALYST
Manage business operations for the Customer Services Division, working closely with the leadership team and approximately 125 staff. Provide leadership to staff and prepare work plans, targets, timelines and related staffing budgets in order to provide effective and functional resources to support Divisional projects, programs and daily operations.
Supervisory responsibilities include identifying staff/resource needs to meet the work plan, recruitment and hiring, directly supervising technical, professional and administrative staff. Provide coaching, mentoring and performance management, coordinating of cross divisional and business unit tasks and balancing work loads, addressing staffing issues and project related issues. Responsible for; Business Unit fee schedules and related business rules, bylaw updates and council approvals; Monthly reporting for press releases; All aspects of technology asset and resource management for the division; Safety administration for the division; Business analysis and transformation.
