Paired efforts in hoisting sales by developing creative and aggressive sales and marketing tactics to include communication development, customer targeting, selling message, customers’ needs assessment, and quantified progress reporting. Managed an operating budget of $2.5M. Instrumental in building “Grade A” sales teams and introducing Takeda to top academic centers, strongly positioning the company in the market over competitors.
