Working with Insurance Adjusters, Private Adjusters and Restoration Contractors in the claims process and estimation of damages claimed on property losses. Conduct Online Virtual classroom trainings to virtual clients on Xactware products. Develop training materials and content used for Xactware Trainings. Lead projects generating revenue and skills within the training department. Remain continuously abreast of Xactware Products and regional market conditions to serve as consultant and advisor to clients. Build collaborative relationships with leading insurance companies and restoration contractors across the country. Key Achievements:

ØCertified as a Xactware Trainer to conduct regional, onsite and virtual trainings on Xactware Products bringing a wealth of knowledge to the clients interacted with.

ØLevel 3 Certified on Xactimate 27 software. Level 3 is the highest level of recognition for skill knowledge and proficiency of Xactimate.

ØKey lead trainer conducting a nationwide rollout of Allstate Insurance on Xactimate, XactContents and XactAnalysis. Was instrumental in determining client needs and adjusting workflows to accomodate ease of use for a new product and its functionality.

ØInstrumental in designing and providing a program to help trainers progress with the company and get experience with cross trainings valuable to the company and its staff.
