Assisted the Company Manager who is the highest level executive next to the owner of the Company.  Work consisted of dictation of letters and heavy typing.  Creating flyers for incentives and distributing.  Creating new spreadsheets.  Heavy phones, taking calls and assisting the Northern and Southern California sales force, which consist of 50 salespeople.  Coordinated monthly sales meetings at wineries.  Coordinated wine tastings for large groups.  Conducted orientation to new salesforce.  Compiled presentation books for all salesforce.
