Experience directing advertising and product managers, sales teams, technical experts and vendors. Grew B2B accounts from zero to 175 within 3 years. Started inside sales group, achieving explosive growth to $8.4M by 4th year. Led product sales growth consistently 15-20%+ each year. Also restructured organization to eliminate additional headcount and consolidate offices, resulting in a 25% reduction in overall business unit expenses within 6 months. With another organization, employed the use of a company intranet site to decrease internal call center volume by 40% and email volume by 18%, reducing the need for 3 people.
