At Arrow, although new to the industry, I have achieved my monthly sales quota's. As of September 30th, I led the office with the least amount of skips and cancels and was second in collection percentage. I use my experience in the customer service industry to give my customers the best service.

With 24 years at Federal Express, I consistently exceeded my weekly production stops per hour. At my retirement date in 2015, I had achieved 20 years of safe driving. While with Federal Express, I obtained my certificate as a dangerous goods specialist.
As the manager of a small logistics facility , I was able to restructure my delivery drivers routes, saving the company $50,000 a year.
Advantage Delivery is primarily an auto parts delivery service. Was responsible for supervising 12 couriers.
Operations Superviso/ Warehouse Lead/Courier
With Exel Direct, I worked my way up from a courier position to hub manager in two years. At the Tampa hub, I supervised 6 couriers and their helpers.
My job was to ensure timely delivery of the Office Depot product in a safe and professional manner.
My responsibilities included completion of payroll, safety practices, computer spreadsheet entry,dispatching, customer service issues, downloading and routing hand held PC's, keeping drivers DOT certified and various other duties.
At the Ft. Myers Fl. Exel warehouse I was the Warehouse Supervisor. The Exel station had 7 Office Depot routes I supervised and we also had accounts for several catalog furniture companies.
Some of my duties included handling the shipping and receiving of the furniture trucks.
My job included pulling the furniture for delivery and make sure it was assembled properly and inspected it for damage. I was also responsible for routing the drivers and calling customers to set up appointments.
Prior to ware house lead I started out as a courier.
Real Estate Sales Associate
I obtained my Florida real estate license and was hired to sell at a large condominium project. I was trained in sales negotiating skills and Florida real estate law. I used my customer service skills obtained previously with Federal Express and from having worked in the retail jewelry business.
At Zale and Lundstrom Jewelers, I started as an assistant manager and became a store manager, supervising seven employees .I was able to surpass my monthly store sales goals consistently, one month, achieving a 65% increase. Zale and Lundstrom Jewelers are retail jewelry stores. At both stores my duties included scheduling, hiring, ordering supplies, bookkeeping and payroll, sales etc..
