•Completed and distributed the 2008 ETL Profitability online training module to over 700 SuperTarget store executives across the country. •Conducted an in-person and electronic pilot of training materials to stores nationwide; adjusted the finished product with feedback from the pilot. •Supervised a graphic design contractor’s project execution for four weeks to complete a corporate project. •Attended THINK training (a corporate, customized version of 6SIGMA concepts) in June 2008.

•At just 19 years of age, fully integrated into an ultra-high sales volume retail store’s leadership team as an executive intern among 13 other executives and 33 sub-managers. •Assumed direct control of a retail store making, on average, $250,000 a day; $68 million a year. •Created the “myTARGET!” program and improved turnover by retaining 10 additional employees.

CPB Resource Chairman

-Presided over the Resource Committee of several board members. -Accountable for the responsible spending of a college activity budget amounting to over $70,000. -Served a one-year contract with the college to coordinate the Campus Programming Board’s resources. -Brainstormed creative ideas for 30 events designed to involve students and enrich their college experience. -Contributed the theme for and managed the college’s largest and most expensive student-oriented event. -Successfully prepared and executed over 30 events, three of which attended by more than 500 students.
