- Responsible for the development, creation, testing and deployment of highly successful monthly offers for Food Lion’s banner-wide Shop & Earn and Shopper Marketing initiatives.
- Subject Matter Expert for offer delivery and NCR Copient (Logix)
- Created a database to house all offer and promotional data via pairing of MS Access, MS Excel, and SQL Queries from our information platform. This database captures all edits for every offer, billing information, and provides detailed reports for Accounts Receivable, Offer Delivery, and CRM teams.
- Created Automated Queueing System for Offer Database via MS Excel to capture versioning, track changes, and capture user information for every offer from inception to deployment.
- Report on offer redemptions, customer engagement, and customer account information.
- Provide Technical support for Retail Stores via Voice of Retail emailing system.
- Query Logix Database via WinSQL to compile data for troubleshooting errors, reporting, and offer validation.
- Streamline data entry processing and offer creation by creating macro-enabled MS Excel workbooks and dashboards, offer creation templates, and other customized tools.
- Lead role in Offer Delivery Support for both Food Lion and Hannaford banners.
- Liaison between Offer Delivery and our external business partners, including but not limited to SAGARMATHA, Entry Point Marketing, IBM, FoodLion.com Web/Mobile App Development Teams, etc.
- Led a team of Offer Delivery Admins to ensure all offers are correctly keyed, validated, documented, and deployed on a weekly basis. Also provided personalized training in MS Office Suite tools, Logix, SQL, and more, to help advance our team’s overall skillset, efficiency and capabilities.
