Allied Horizontal Wireline Services

20142016

Field Engineer

I engaged in a very crucial, front line operational role in the development of a small business in a booming oil & gas industry. My time as a field engineer continued to strengthen my experience as a team player, a leader, and a positive example for the organization. I specialized in cased hole plug and perforation staging of the completion phase of oil and gas development. I oversaw the daily operations of our wireline truck, managed my team of operators, and provided staff leadership. Daily, I promoted integral customer relations to both the client and other service companies, while juggling perforating and logging services, maintained proper federal, state, and organizational explosive documents, and ensured the safety of my team in an unforgiving, high pressure work zone.
