- Process and verifying millions of dollars in program payments to thousands of participants weekly
- Load, validate and verify program data ensuring the greatest degree of data integrity is kept throughout the process.
- Create multiple pre- defined and ad-hoc reports for external and internal clients daily. Heavily utilizing Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Implement website content updates across numerous websites for multiple rewards programs.
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries and escalations regarding program rules and rewards. All while motoring for trends and potential issues.
- Work with Clients, Account Managers, Business Analysts and our technical team to address/troubleshoot and implement solutions as problems arise. All while keeping in close communication with the client.
- Evaluate existing processes and aid in implementing improvements that drive efficiency and accuracy
- Responsible for creating, formatting, and sending of outbound program award announcements and other electronic communications
- Complete documentation of program database and Website procedures Provide training to Customer Contact Center and Process Team on assigned projects so they can better assist program participants
