One of primary responsibilities was to help launch a new eLearning platform dubbed ALEX, the Avid learning Excellerator.  I worked with and trained subject matter experts to create technical courseware across multiple product lines.  We launched with over 40 courses and hundreds of lessons.  We also created a blended learning curriculum for high-stakes re-certification.

  • Self-study courseware was effective, reduced Avid expenses and increased class frequency and sizes
