What am I looking for and what have I got to offer you

A position in management where I can work together with different people to obtain predefined objectives was the goal from in the beginning. In order to understand the nature of the job, I started from the base in an after sales and customer service function. I consequently mastered all knowledge about export (administration, logistics and international sales), was an account manager for 4 years to fully understand the job of selling and prospecting and deployed several initiatives in international sales, marketing and communiciation as right hand to the sales director (see section "realisations"). I learnt from all this and I want to bring it into practice.

  • As sales manager for  Be(ne)lux and the German speaking countries, I selected, managed and coached independent agents by following the market for new leads, checking the figures, visiting together the key accounts and the buying groups (realised an increase in the turnover of 5 to 15%, equalling 20% of the company turnover) and attending business fairs
  • I advised retailers/distributors (high end shops in design, lighting, furniture and/or interior design) about the correct selection and best presentation of the products in the shop
