Typically reporting to the founder, President or board, I recruit number 2 through to number 500, whether they are sales, marketing, IT/Tech, finance/accounting or client services and establish recruiting processes from initial candidate contact to on-boarding. I do full A-Z recruiting: helping with hiring plans and budgeting; market and compensation analysis; competitive analysis; identifying and sourcing talent through job boards, networking, social media, headhunting and Internet search; interviewing; background and reference checking; draft or offer letters; offer negotiation and on-boarding.I enjoy employment branding, using social media to evangelize the culture and wow factor of my companies and assist hiring managers in interviewing, selection and negotiation with candidates.
