Attorney Juliette Passer possesses legal expertise in international project finance, web-based commerce, and corporate transactional law. She currently acts as the President and General Counsel for PanaManagement Corporation, a comprehensive legal and financial consultation firm and a subsidiary of the International Project Development Group, LLC. Serving a broad base of clients, ranging from large corporate entities to individual investors, Juliette Passer regularly handles project finance, joint ventures and real estate transactions, international trade and licensing agreements, and various asset protection strategies. For the past several years, Ms. Passer has also helped many IT, new media, and internet-based companies manage international transactions, resolve domain name disagreements, and secure proper licensing. Earlier in her career, Juliette Passer gained essential experience in international corporate and project finance as an Attorney with Debevoise & Plimpton. Alongside her work as the firm’s Advisor to the Committee of Economic Development of St. Petersburg, Russia, she also participated in the efforts of the Business Council for International Understanding and many other trade and professional organizations. Ms. Passer also worked as an Attorney with Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler, LLP. She planned and managed numerous joint venture agreements, including the drafting of stock purchase, lending, and distribution agreements between various international organizations. Juliette Passer studied Soviet law at the Columbia University School of Law and completed her Juris Doctor (cum laude) at Cardozo School of Law. In addition to completing requisite course work for a Ph.D. in Education from New York University, she also holds a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music from the Manhattan School of Music. Listed in Who’s Who in American Law, Who’s Who in American Women, and Who’s Who in Business, Ms. Passer maintains professional affiliations with the American Bar Association, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Panamanian American Chamber of Commerce. Outside of her current responsibilities with PanaManagement Corporation, Juliette Passer also provides pro bono services to various Russian artists, musicians, and dancers.
