As a Reception Agent at Paradise Point I am responsible for the guest's experience. I check them in and out of the hotel but am responsible for a lot more. Any request they have I need to ensure that it is met in a timely and satisfactory manner. This involves communication with all departments and a high level of customer service. If a guest has any complaints I listen to them and try to resolve them with professionalism. Sales skills are used when I sell upgrades to guests and I have cash handling experience. I have trained new coworkers due to my manager's trust in my skills. Due to the unpredictable nature of working the Front Desk, I have experience handling high pressure situations and finding solutions to problems that require immediate attention while ensuring that the customer as well as my employers are satisfied.
