Level II Fieldwork Student at outpatient center for children requiring OT, PT, ST, and psychological services. Evaluated and provided services for children aged from 6 months to 17 years old. Able to see wide range of diagnoses including but not limited to autism, sensory processing disorder, Down's Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and arthrogryposis. Was also trained in using Meditech for electronic documentation. Provided OT services for a full case load under the supervision of a licensed OT.

Volunteered under supervision of a COTA. Led group and individual sessions centered around decision making, communication, feeding/meal prep, and community mobility. Learned to program and set up various communication devices. Led students to community trips to grocery store multiple times.
