Most businesses fail to see that their employees are also people outside of the office. I have been able to create a company culture within my business that allows me to market my services for free through my employees. My employees enjoy their work they therefore tell other people about where they work giving my business more recognition and brand approval.
I am able to effectively get my competitors to team up with me in order to gain profits for both companies, I have done deals with various computer repair stores in my city that consistently send me customers whose apple products need to be repaired.
I focus on outsourcing non-money making activities such as competitive research, accounting, customer service, basically anything that does not directly increase a company's bottom line is outsourced to quality workers in 3rd world countries. This allows me to leverage myself and make money without having to work excessively hard for it.
