•Managed projects ranging from Active Adult communities of 2500 sq.ft to Estate homes of 12,000 sq. feet.

•Supervised and had direct input in the design and selection of:  Framing Changes, Windows, Stucco,

  Masonry, Exterior Trim, Plumbing Fixtures, Tile and Marble, Kitchen and Bath, Countertops, Stairs, Fireplaces,

  Custom Closets, Lighting Fixtures, Exterior & Interior Paint, Carpet, Wood Floor, Advanced Wiring,

  Electrical Layout, Security, Central Vac, Interior Trim, Built-Ins and Landscaping  

•Kitchen design with 20/20 AutoCAD

•Evaluated blueprints

•Exceeded sales target up to 10%

•Exclusively handled client base represented through custom homebuilding with

  costs ranges from $2,000,000-$4,000,000 million dollars

•Visual Merchandising: including implementing planograms, creating holiday and specialty vignettes
