Note: The owner of Masa Kiara is the previous owner of PER Group of Company managing Institute Skill-Tech Keningau, Sabah and Student's recruitment Agency Sabah and Sarawak Region for various colleges but close down in 2013. Working temporary with PKM and Tokojaya to gain better experience and improvement system of HRIS while waiting for Kolej Kiara (Masa Kiara S/B) fully operations. (Refer to working experience at PER Group of Companies from February 2011 to January 2013).

  • Responsible for the overall quality system in the HR, Office Admin. and Training & Development Dept.
  • Responsible to ensure that the Human Resource Department’s quality objective is established & is in line with the company’s quality policy.
  • Manpower planning, recruitment of employees, interview process.
  • To conduct training for all new employees, including induction training, (TNA - Training Need Analysis)
  • To monitor all on-job training for the HR, Admin Department and other departments.
  • Responsible for maintaining a pleasant and conducive work environment as well as a harmonious employer / employee relationship in the company.
  • Responsible for the disciplinary action & grievances handling.
  • Provides & maintains up to date information on labor regulations.
  • Responsible to monitor staff movements, turnover, annual leaves, medical claim and wage rate to employment letter accordingly.
  • To issue letter of appointment, confirmation letter and employee’s termination letter.
  • To prepare correspondence letter to EPF,  SOSCO etc.
  • To upkeep employee’s personnel file.
  • Confirmation of new recruits within the probation period.
  • To advise the Board of Directors on legal action relating to Human Resource matters.

  • To liaise with government bodies related to HR matter.
  • Assist other department when necessary.

Marketing:

  • Act as a Motivator and Speaker to schools around Sabah & Sarawak.
  • Budget planning, accommodation & transportation arrangement for marketing activities.
  • Check budget proposal accordingly to entitlement and tables.
  • Research & sources marketing activities. Application & new enrollment of students.
  • Responsible to marketing promotions such as advertisement, liaise with government bodies,
  • Involved directly in arranging, implementation & conduction career talk, preview in all events or during road show activities.
  • Involved in marketing activities in disseminating information such as brochures, flyers, and newsletter and promotion packages to potential students.

Academic:

  • Directly involved i preparing the MQA Malaysian Qualification Accreditation), My Quest, and Ministry of Education (MOE).
  • Directly involved in International Student Application.
  • Directly involved in giving counseling to problematic student / “parent & guidance talk”
  • Responsible for MARA loan application for student (proposal & documentation)
  • Search and appoint potential Student Recruitment Agents & monitor performance monthly.
  • Assist student in opening bank account, PTPTN pin number & open SSPN account.
  • Assisting Head of English Department to develop our institution as an English Centre & Tuition Centre.
