Summary

I am a 360 degree media professional with over 14 years of experience, which includes stints in leading ad agencies like Ogilvy and publishing houses like Times of India and WWM. Having designed online advertising solutions for strong brands and having launched and spearheaded premium online and print properties, such as Femina.in and L’Officiel India, I understand a brand’s journey and media lifecycle—both rather well. That too, across mediums. My current assignment with a leading tech based e-commerce Company as a content head has given me the brand-side e-commerce perspective. It has armed me with valuable online insights on monetization, traffic building tricks, and myriad other aspects of backend and tech, that affects business fortune.

I have worked both in Mumbai and Delhi, liaising with global offices to bring licensed magazines ‘on-brand’. This makes me a strong talent for launch and global projects. I am well networked with bloggers, influencers, journalists and agencies, across India.

In my role as Editor, L’Officiel India, I led conceptualising and commissioning of content for each issue, in addition to spearheading cover shoots with celebrities and fashion and beauty shoots. I developed lasting relationships with A list celebs, celeb managers, creative professionals and top brand heads. Apart from just Indian talent, I actively worked with many international photographers and their teams, resulting in numerous fantastic fashion spreads shot across the world. I also led and managed online presence of the magazine, across social media properties. Additionally, I played a significant role in generating ad revenues by ideating and executing events for the magazine and by interfacing with important national and international brands, creating potential long-term opportunities for the same.

I also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the entire Consumer Division, heading all the three magazines of the group-- L’Officiel India, FHM and Diabetic Living India, till the time the entire division was sold to a new company called TCG Media.

Testimonials

Juhi has been instrumental in relaunching L’Officiel in India. She has got the magazine pulsating with a French luxury vibe again, while amply covering the Indian fashion scene. Apart from producing great luxury and fashion content, she is also very hands on when it comes to leveraging her relationships for the commercial benefit of the magazine and company, even though that is not a part of her core responsibilities here. She has also helped the company in bagging other important projects and contracts and has been an asset for us.
Vijaya Saran, Associate Publisher-Consumer Division, Maxposure Media Group

Juhi Dua, as Femina's online editor, proved to be a very capable and efficient colleague. Her strength is that she works well under pressure too and is very hands on. Her online expertise combined with excellent domain knowledge of fashion and beauty made her an ace performer and the perfect person for us to make our foray into the online world. Juhi will be an asset to any company she joins.
Tanya Chaitanya, Editor, Femina

Like they say, "Big things come in small packages". Juhi just exemplifies the idiom to the 'T'. She packs a punch into all her creative work, be it writing, conceptualising, visualising, art direction, or even a simple tête-à-tête. She has doled out some very interesting, award winning campaign ideas for brands like Nokia, British Airways and American Express during her tenure at O&M. Abreast with the latest trends in the market, she strives to bring fresh and innovative communication strategies to the table. Extremely cool headed and composed, Juhi is a wonder to work with."
Shekhar Mhaskar, Digital Marketing Consultant

Digital Head, OgilvyOne Worldwide)

"I have been fortunate to work with Juhi Dua. I have never been too tech savvy, so knowing how things work on a digital forum has been very valuable. Her out-of-the-box ideas had always had us motivated. I'd never hesitate to go to her whenever I needed help with a story idea or contacts. And she'd always oblige. As an editor, Juhi has been one of the most driven and passionate bosses I have worked with. She is a fantastic team person and an ambitious individual. I'd love to work with her again, if I get an opportunity in the future."
