Judy D. Olian is dean of UCLA Anderson School of Management. She assumed that position in 2006, after serving as dean of the Smeal College at Penn State, and professor and senior associate dean at the Smith School at the University of Maryland. During her leadership of UCLA Anderson, the school has substantially expanded its faculty and programs, grown its student body, globalized its partnerships and programs, and enjoyed the unprecedented philanthropy of its supporters. Dean Olian leads a school that annually provides management education to almost 2,000 students in MBA, Masters and doctoral programs, and to more than 2,000 professionals through executive education programs. She has consulted with global corporations and taught executives around the world, and served as chair of AACSB International, the premier global organization of business schools. She is a graduate of the Hebrew University, with a PhD from the University of Wisconsin.
