Designed and implemented award-winning public education campaigns for the city's Solid Waste Management Division.  Managed media relations; coordinated special events including citywide cleanup and corporate recycling drive; designed, wrote and coordinated production of newsletters, direct mail, brochures, and annual reports.

  • Launched Career Focus Magazine supporting a 10% enrollment increase.
