Responsible for operation of the district's business office, including finance, budget, investments, accounting, accounts payable, payroll, employee benefits, and workers' compensation.

♦Manages nine direct reports supporting over 2500 employees.

♦Developed workflow processes within the Human Resources/Business functions.

♦Implemented outsourcing to reduce additional staff, slashing $350,000 in insurance costs.
