During my military services, I worked as a secretary to the President of the Military Courts in Judea and Sameria. I was responsible for all the basic secretary services as well as writing/ typing the protocol during the court cases.

I am responsible for inputting and maintaining data in  according to departmental regulations and  procedures,auditing of travel/hospitality claims .I am responsible for paying salaries and overtime to all Local Engaged Staff  and processing Pension/Social Security calculations and payments to Government offices for LES. Kept records of leave and attendance forms and advising employee's and supervisor quarterly of employee status. Submitted 208's (employee information information forms) to HQ, and other related HR responsibilities required. Provide budgetary services  to OGD's . Manage the two mission bank accounts in Shekels and USD. Processing of VAT refunds for official VAT and CBS personal VAT on a quarterly basis. Assist senior accountant with Budgets / Bank Reconciliations/ Monthly Finstat and any other projects required. Assist all embassy staff with any other requirements whether or not in my job description.

Executive Assistant to Canadian Ambassador in Israel

Was requested to move positions for a 6 month period as executive assistant to the  Canadian Ambassador in Israel. My responsibilities were to run and control a very busy schedule. Make appointments with high level people, This position required a great deal of sensitivity and organisational skills. In May 2015, after a Canadian Executive Assistant arrived from Canada I returned to my previous position and am working as Assistant Accountant until today.

For over 12 years I was a volunteer at the Hapoel Ra'anana Youth Football Association.  In my years in this association I was the manager of my sons football team and provided other managerial support to the association.

The role required the strong ability to work under pressure, and manage various teams and act as point of contact between the coach, parents and children.
