Led the Human Resources project planning and execution for the start-up of a Greenfield state-of-the-art distribution facility. Managed the end-to-end project plan work streams to build the organizational structure, compensation model, labor management, recruiting and on boarding, and policy development. Partnered with functional teams to conduct analysis and assessments used to develop job descriptions, compensation structure. Collaborated with IT partners to build the applicable technology interfaces to create the infrastructure for associate data, time keeping and payroll. Managed the budget and executed the project plans within financial plan.
