Partnered with the leadership team to execute plans that met the organizations' goals while ensuring that the people management practices aligned with strategic business objectives. Led the Human Resources project planning and execution for the start-up of a Greenfield state-of-the-art distribution facility. Managed the end-to-end project plan work streams to build the organizational structure, compensation model, labor management, recruiting and on boarding, and policy development. Partnered with functional teams to conduct analysis and assessments used to develop job descriptions,  compensation structure. Collaborated with IT partners to build the applicable technology interfaces to create the infrastructure for associate data, time keeping and payroll. Managed the budget and executed the project plans within financial plan.

US Sales Operation, Southeast and West Coast Regions 

Partnered with the VP and Regional Sales Directors in the development and execution of  organizational strategies as it related to talent development and organizational effectiveness.  Played  a key role in restructuring and territory consolidation plans and monitored the processes to ensure seamless execution.   Facilitated ongoing Talent and Succession Planning reviews which identified successors to key leadership positions and coordinated the movement of talent throughout the organization.  Handled associate relations concerns by conducting investigations to address issues and concerns.  Provided coaching and direction to ensure that decisions were made in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.
