Led the development of leasing and marketing training and company-wide implementation, achieving first year revenue increases. Developed and designed a leasing and marketing manual and lease model driving people optimization and information knowledge known as "change management." Responsible for overseeing multiple affordable housing communities within the Richmond area.  Assignments include submitting monthly vouchers through TRACS and  iMAX, ensuring compliance within agency relationships like California Affordable Housing Initiative and the Real Estate Assessment Center, etc.  Selected in 2010 by the executive committee of the California Affordable Housing Initiative, Inc. (CAHI) to use my prepared MOR response on the CAHI owner/agent portal for other agencies to use as a resource.

Managed a portfolio that fluctuated between 6 and 10 properties with between 800 and 1000 units.  Created  motivational training programs, driving continuous quality improvement, and regularly conducting intensive portfolio analyses and assessments.

  • Designed and facilitated change and market readiness workshops and seminars with associations affiliated with the City of Fairfield.

  • Promoted based on business acumen, ability to deliver results and innovative thinking approach to lead.  Selected to manage a project that after 5 years could not obtain permanent financing and after 6 months permanent financing was achieved by efforts of reducing operational costs, improving retention and drastically increasing revenue. Within this company was personally selected and successfully managed 5 projects.
