E/I SFJ -Extraversion/Introversion; Sensing; Feeling; Judging. 

These qualities can also be summed up as a "protector" (ISFJ) and a "facilitator caretaker"(ESFJ).  Although it is rare to see a split on the E and I, I am extremely focused and introverted while working alone, but thrive on group interaction, extroversion and creativity when engaged with others, especially in meetings and seminars.
