During all those years, Dialdata was a leader in the Brazilian corporate ISP market. In 1998 Dialdata had 45 employees and the revenue for that year was R$4.8M. I was responsible for: - Management of the Technical Department, including development, maintenance and support areas; - Management and development of business and residential customers� billing and help desk systems; - Research, development and implementation of new technologies such as Remote Data Base Systems, e-commerce, Internet security, last generation programming technologies and multi-user real-time systems; - Development and maintenance of several web sites.
