I’m a global operations and quality senior executive; a respected leader and pro-active change-agent with 15+ years of remarkable achievements reducing costs and growing sales in the industrial and consumer packaged goods sectors. With strong analytical skills and an extreme drive for excellence, I’ve planned and implemented new strategies, organizations, and processes to dramatically step-change many businesses, especially with respect to manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. Most recently as VP Operations (Quality), PepsiCo International, covering 200 countries, 550 plants, 90,000 employees, and $16 billion in sales, I was a key enabler of doubling the international business in the last 5 years.
