Managed a team of 10 technology training / support staffPossess a great deal of experience in team building. In this management position, was required to build a staff for the particular task assigned. In most cases, this required recruiting, training and developing a team (either sales or training focused) from inside and outside the organization. Acted as the change agent for an organization, through the use of cross-departmental team building.
Developed a program and more than 75 custom courses for hands-on technology training.Assembled and trained a technology training staff, capable of training Windows-based, as well as proprietary software.
Created a custom methodology along with content for over 75 user manuals and handouts.
Personally conducted hands-on training technology classes for management staff.
As the keynote speaker, have conducted numerous large (over 100 attendees) group seminars for disseminating technological solutions to industry issues.
Served as lead analyst and project manager for a custom tracking system for the training department of the largest independent Realtor in the United States. Developed and implemented computer driven performance evaluation systems for evaluating training effectiveness. These tracking systems resulted in a higher level of budgeting for the department.
Co-developed a custom Comparative Market Analysis software package as well as many other marketing related software packages for the real estate industry. Championed, developed and instituted an e-Learning site for a 10,000-user organization. This project included vendor selection for authoring tools and site hosting, site setup, staff selection and custom courseware development. Produced over 100 hours of custom, multimedia on-line content for the catalog. Spearheaded internal marketing to insure proper utilization of the finished product by the organization’s independent contractor sales and management staff.
