  • Managed the entire lifecycle of all iLabs software, electronic and mechanical projects to include plan development, implementation, monitoring and revisions as necessary of SOPs. 
  • Administrative management for the EVP to include; travel, purchase card end of the month reconciliation, calendar.
  • Logistics, inventory, shipping/receiving, warehouse management and expense analysis of all iLab projects.
  • Weekly reporting to upper management re status of projects, compliance with schedule and budget compliance.
  • Front line contact and liaison for all vendors. 
  • Gatekeeper for all documents to include; ORCAD, Gerbers and  Solidworks packages.
  • Managed Lab FTP site to ensure all documentation packages were up to date and reflected all new design changes. 
  • Project supply chain management to include; RFQs, price negotiations for all iLab purchases.
  • Ensure all projects maintained both IGT and PMBOK standards.
