Duties included;

·Buenos Aires (Jan 09 to present)-Assisted in preparing Reg A filing to take small private company public, compiled financials and assisted in clearing SEC comments. Also maintained accounting records in Quickbooks for multiple entities.

·Using SAP and Hyperion assisted in international consolidation issues, reconciling intercompany transactions and approving account reconciliations, FAS 52, corporate and tax reporting.

·Assisted in FAS5 top-down risk-based Sarbanes-Oxley documentation, remediation, and testing of all business cycles and helped to establish policies and procedures for all areas of the finance function.

·Preparation and review of various domestic and international tax provisions in accordance with FAS109, FIN 48 implementations, various tax projects.
