Installation of hard drives, RAM, CD/DVD drives, Network cards, video cards, and power supplies. These are all hardware elements that I have properly installed in the past. I feel very confident of my abilities in hardware.

I troubleshoot my home network every day and I also spend some of my time at school inquiring with staff members about problems that need fixing around the school. I have learned a lot through this experience but there is always more to learn.

I exhibit advanced skills when installing and managing active directory. I have a couple of years experience with active directory and group policies within it. To me, active directory is the cornerstone of a big business with a big infrastructure.

My use of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and OpenOffice has been profound throughout my school career. I have as much experience with these applications as anyone in the world. My typing skills also contribute to how efficiently I use these applications.

I have installed several home networks for myself and friends. The infrastructure of these networks were intended to be very user friendly. Though my business network experiences are limited thus far, my knowledge of business related infrastructure is robust.

Setting up DHCP with or without scopes, as well as backing up DHCP database and log files. Configuring scopes and superscopes and any other aspect of DHCP.
