Human Resources Specialist
oBusiness development – developing close relationships with actual clients and expanding the portfolio by closing new contracts; responsible for generating sales revenue and business development activities
oSourcing and identifying potential candidates in order to fill in the job orders through various channels – networking, advertisements, direct search, recommendations etc in order to realize a perfect professional match;
oConstantly prospect the labor market and identify potential and valuable candidates in order to continuously update the candidate data base;
oConducting the entire recruitment process – job adds, CV screening, talent attraction, phone screening, interviewing, testing, in various domains, mainly: engineering, sales, IT, administrative, support, etc;
oPermanent reporting and analysis of the activity;
oConstant commercial/sales actions;
oOther duties (client and candidate guidance regarding the recruitment process; job description, different analyses – salaries, employment surveys, legislation, etc).
