Main responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement, together with the HR Manager, the company’s human resources strategy, including: the recruitment and selection policies, discipline, internal regulations and procedures (communication within the department and with the other departments, the leave granting procedure, the documents flow procedure, the in-out procedure – induction, motivation, retention, resignation, complaints and disciplinary procedure), counseling;
  • Elaborating various periodic reports or reports requested by management and/or other departments;
  • Managing and conciliating various conflict situations;
  • Elaborating and periodic reviewing of job descriptions for all the positions within the company;
  • Elaborating the recruitment adds and posting them on the most suitable channels depending on the company’s needs and requirements (job sites, internal announcements, etc);
  • Participating at job fairs in order to attract candidates and to promote the company’s image;
  • Conducting/participating at the recruitment process - candidate selection, interview scheduling; plan, develop and implement the recruitment testing system depending on the needed abilities and competencies (foreign language skills, computer literacy, communication and negotiation skills, sales abilities, etc), conducting the interviews, elaborating the recruitment reports and observation files, elaborating and permanently updating the candidates’ data base, offering feedback to both accepted and rejected candidates;
  • Active participation at the recruitment and selection process, together with the management, for the following positions: trainer, team leader, back-up team leader, project manager;
  • Elaborating reports regarding the recruitment process, active and inactive employees, their evolution, as well as other relevant information necessary to a good development of the activity and to reaching the company’s targets and objectives;
  • Preparing the personnel records, different documents necessary for the employees.
  • Elaborating and implementing, together with the HR team, the survey system depending on the company’s needs, interpreting and centralizing the results and proposing various measures to the management accordingly;
  • Participating at the organization of internal events: parties on different occasions, contests, etc;
  • Administering and permanent reviewing of the personnel files;
  • Elaborating various certificates for the company’s employees;
  • Contact person with the companies offering services in labor protection and occupational medicine and scheduling these controls so all employees are instructed/medically checked both at employment and periodically;
  • Elaborating the monthly time sheets for all employees, solving various situations in due time and sending in time all the necessary information for salary calculation to the payroll company; verifying the payroll and loading the payments;
  • Registering all the leave applications (vacation, medical leaves, non paid leaves, etc);
  • Transmitting on time all the personnel files (agreements, additional acts, resignation requests, termination decisions, medical leaves, etc) to the contact person with the Territorial Labor Inspectorate;
  • Other activities and tasks related to a good development of the Human Resources Department.
