New Business Development
Key responsibilities - Developing the market; recruit, advise, and motivate prospects, key accounts, and competitors to launch new business; execute all technical processes and procedures;
Financially qualify new projects; Identify future facilities through market survey, demographic review, and Broker / Chamber network; Spearhead lease and purchase transactions; Manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
Counsel and develop financial projections and cash flow objectives; Identify, coordinate, and direct new project funding through both conventional and small business financing resources.
Collaborate with architects and planning team on design, and exterior building elevations. Advise, and build product assortments designed to achieve pro forma forecast.
Cultivate pipeline through referrals, cold calls, and corporate marketing strategy; Consistently provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction;
Added over 120,000 square feet in new, converted, and expanded building space; Increased revenue by $18MM during the last 24 months.
All projects completed under budget; Year 1 revenue exceeded financial estimate on all projects.
